I already stated my opinion about the industrial photography intruding
on the softly lit beach. However, now that Moose has brought up the
stadium panorama as stark and unappealing I have to admit that I was not
being completely frank. I didn't like it either; primarily because of
the blown lights and bench tops. However, I recognized that it would
have been pretty tough to take this image otherwise. But that was just
giving a nod to the technological difficulty of the shot and not paying
attention to whether viewers will like it or not. All the blown
highlights do make it harsh and hard on the eyes.
As Moose said, I hope you posted it here looking for criticism. Give me
back your old page. It was great.
