LOL. Well, the spectacle in Ottawa is indeed bizarre, but look at it
this way: On May 19 things will probably be settled. Whereas here in
the Excited States Bush can send Bolton on Bush-whacking sojourns for
the next 3+ years. Question period antics aside, there ARE advantages
to Parliamentary form of government as well as minority governments.
