Americans drive with the left hand out the window giving the one-finger
salute. The other hand is used for eating, holding the cell phone, doing
makeup, using the lap-top computer, blowing the horn, or changing clothes.

Yeah, right. We drive/ride on the left so as to keep the right hand in
