Hi again!
John - you referr to your chart - can you or anybody else tell me, if this
prism foam is used on OM2-SP, OM3 and OM4 as well ?
So far I have been removing prism foam on 7 pieces of my OMxx - bodies, only
one had all ready had this nasty slob-thing removed.
I now have 2 bodies that needs the prism replaced, and of course I would not
want this to happen to the latest cameras I have as well!
By the way I se that you referr to www.zuiko.com or Camtech Photo Service
homepage, I guess this is your shop?
You have a black bottom cover for OM1 non MD at 19$, but your ordering
procedure is a little difficult, when living in Denmark.
"BRAND NEW, NEVER USED Black or Chrome bottom covers for old style, non-MD
OM-1 body.... $19 ea. Battery cap not included"
Does these bottom covers have regular serial-numbers as the cameras do?
Could you be persuaded into accepting PayPal for this one item?
I do not feel good about sending credit-card information by regular e-mail. You
could reply to this part off-list at my e-mail address:
rene.glad@xxxxxxxxx
Let me hear from you >:o)
Best regards René

My chart shows OM-2 chrome having no foam starting around 512,xxx which
continues up until 2N production started, possibly around 600,000.
OM-2 black no foam: 389,xxx through 567,xxx (approx. where 2N black
production started. ) Unfortunately, like they didn't learn their lesson,
ALL 1N and 2N HAVE prism foam.
