It is a white water based emulsion with a stench of ammonia which dries to a
rubbery film. Used for craft work, especially paper, card fabric based.
Manufactured by Henkel. When last I posted about it, I quoted their MSDS:
"Aqueous adhesive compounded from natural rubber latex
emulsion. Contains low levels of ammonia" but it seems to have disappeared
from their website. But still available retail over here.
