It's a lithium battery. No good for a 2n, or any other OM camera I can think of, even though the physicsal dimensions and voltage might tempt you to believe otherwise. -- Piers -----Original Message----- From: olympus-owner@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:olympus-owner@xxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Larry Powers Sent: 27 January 2005 18:30 To: olympus@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: [OM] OM-2n Battery Question I just received an OM-2n that I purchased on eBay. I opened up the battery compartment and found that instead of two button batteries it had a single DL1/3N 3 volt battery. Was this a common conversion for these cameras. I didn't get many hits on the battery name and am wondering if it is still made. ============================================== List usage info: http://www.zuikoholic.com List nannies: olympusadmin@xxxxxxxxxx ============================================== ============================================== List usage info: http://www.zuikoholic.com List nannies: olympusadmin@xxxxxxxxxx ============================================== |
