Look out! The oldest Mamiya 645 do NOT have interchangeable backs.

Subject: [OM] anyone with opinions on Mamiya 645 or Bronica 645 cameras?
Hi all, I am in the process of "thinking" about buying either a Mamiya 645
or Bronica 645 for business portrait work, and I'm looking for anyone that
has purchased/compared or bought either.
I need interchangable backs (which rules out the Pentax 645), interchangable
lenses, good flash sync, a waist level finder, and a good handling camera.
I am also looking at the older versions that are very affordable right now,
not the newest, fanciest models.
Anybody have experience with either of these systems?
Thanks, James.
