If you are into manual mode and incident reading
(with a flash meter I presume), it is easiest to
set up with wireless slave triggers, or servos.
They are called several names. They come in hot
shoe and/or wire plug versions. Put a small, light
flash, or a T32 set to low power, on your camera
to trigger all your slaved T32s. The flash on
camera then comes handy for shadow fill too.
Tripping on-camera-flash by hand, using its test
flash button, allows to check the setup and do the
reading.
A set like this keeps wires and the danger of
tripping over them out of the way, allows for easy
changes in arrangements and does not limit the distance
between flash units to wire lengths.
Merry Xmas to all
