For optimal results, you don't want to use a metal cap, as you can't get the
pinhole small and narrow enough. The thickness of the metal will create
diffraction effects vs. a thin medium. The best solution is to drill out a
plastic cap and glue on a piece of thick aluminim foil or very, very thin sheet
metal, which will allow the creation of a much more even hole.
I bought a pinhole body cap from somewhere years ago, and this is what I've
used for quite a while.
Oh, and I've never seen a metal OM body cap.
