It seems to work, but bogs down on large images, or so I've heard. There was a
good discussion on the PanoTools list a few months ago and another one on
dpreview about this product. The dpreview guys, never having seen it, were
amazed. The PanoTools guys, having been through every tool under the sun, were
more ho-hum, but still interested.
If they ever get it commercialized, it might be a nice product. If I get a
chance, I'll run some tests vs. Panorama tools.
Right now, I've been using a product called AutoPano, which does the same
thing, but instead of trying to do the actual stitching, it only places the
control points for feeding into Panorama Tools, the premier, reasonably priced
stitching product on the market.
