As you say, there's nothing like using a product to appreciate it. I had only
15 minutes with the S2, so my opinion wasn't formed over a long period. As a
counterargument, I have heard of very few people who have been unhappy the the
images that they get out of their S2's.
What didn't you like about the E-1? The only thing that I really wish for
these days is a constantly-displayed ISO marker. Otherwise the camera has been
superb.
