Roda,
I think this lens is a Sigma. You might see if you can find it on
http://medfmt.8k.com. If you have 200-300 I would recommend the Zuiko 35-70
f3.6. I sold mine and it is one lens I wish I would have kept.

Roda,
I have no first-hand experience with this lens, but as I understand
it, the Jena lenses were all made in Japan during a difficult period for
Carl Zeiss in which they sold their name for profit. I have been told they
are "OK" lenses but not up to Carl Zeiss standards and certainly not worth
the asking price of $200-300. You'd be much better off with a Vivitar Series
1 lens of similar focal length at a price of less than $100 if you are
patient.

On Ebay the lens Carl Zeiss 28-85mm F4-5 is in auction now ( 3838429000 ).
It is made in Japan . What about the quality? Do someone know it?
Thank you in advance.
