None from Can*n so far, nor Beattie. And the camera isn't designed for
interchanging screens, but it is apparently fairly easy to get out. One
would have to cut down a screen from another model and hope that the
diopter of the lens side is compatible.
Brightscreen makes screens for the 10D, but you have to send the camera
to them and they want $200 plus return shipping to replace it
themselves. Also, alshough they have various options for 35mm cameras,
it appears that their DSLR screens don't have any focusing aids
