Barry:
After having read your web missive, I wonder: have you ever read/reviewed
the "Barbecue Bible" series of BBQ books by Steven Raichlen? They're
published by Workman Publishing, and they're wonderful cookbooks/recipe
books/guidebooks. He's also got a website, aptly called
"www.barbecuebible.com." His definition of barbecue is more ecumenical
than yours, and includes all sorts of other grilling recipes. He's
basically an adherent of the Church of Live-Fire Cooking (praise be!). ;-)
