David,
If you are worried about the bokeh you can just keep the 85/2 and 180/2.8,
they should work very well with the E-1 (the OM-E1 adapter is available from
Olympus and Kindai). I think the OOF effect of E-1 and 10D will be very
close, there are some examples of 85/2 and 180/2.8 with the 10D:
