I have a folder for OM emails with a rule that moves all with '[om]' in the
subject into it. Takes a couple of minutes to setup in Outlook (Tools >
Rules and Alerts).

Good heavens, I would never have the list come in on my regular e-mail
account. Some days there are over 100 posts (they are also often days
when you can simply delete a bunch of posts with the same subject
without looking at them). I use a separate account just for the list. If
your ISP doesn't provide for multiple e-mail addresses, Yahoo and
Netscape provide free e-mail accounts. Hotmail does too, but it's MS and
the storage space is too small. Probably others, but those are the ones
I know about. Others in my household all have their own e-mail accounts,
too.
