That is only the equivalent of 22 to 44 mm on a 35mm. Not especially
wide for 35mm or for digital. For instance the currently available
Nikkor 12-24(equiv. to 18-36 on 35mm) or the Nikkor 10.5(16mm equiv).
And its angle is the same as a 14mm on a Canon and less than a 12-24
Tamron on any other digital camera.
