It sounds reasonable to me given the tendancy of our government to tax
everything. Let's see, 15% of $250 is $37.50 so that leaves $12.50 for
brokerage. Puralotor uses PBB Logistic as the broker and they have a
fixed fee of $6.50 for brokerage so I assume the value was probably a bit
higher than $250. Don't blame the messenger (Purolator) for the government
policies, they're only doing what they have to do.
