I almost said the same thing. then I realized several of my zooms will
focus to 1:4, 14.4x96cm. A couple focus into serious macro range, 1:1.5
or so, ~4.1x2.8 cm. Certainly true that most Zuiko zooms don't focus as
close as primes, although the Zuiko 65-200 goes to 1:3.3. And certainly
true that many zooms don't focus as close as primes. Especially true of
fast zooms, none of the 2.8 ones I know of focus very close.
