Hi Mark,
I believe so. I'm pretty sure I've tried it both ways and neither is giving me
the correct focusing range. One is worse than the other though.
I'll have another look now and make sure.

Did you put it back in properly? You may have flipped it around and have
the wrong side up. The part which has the focusing aids on it goes towards
the prism.
