I bought a Canon F1 with motor drive and a bunch of lenses about ten years
ago. This thing probably did about 10 frames per second but the drive held
10 AA batteries. That system was so heavy it really made me appreciate my
Oly gear. I got it all sold but didn't make nearly as much money as
anticipated. /jim

Yes, he used 250 exp backs and two assistants. The cameras were
highly modified C*non F1 bodies that could do 10+ fps. Legend
has it that one of the bodies could do almost 20.
