Just review his loss history (ebay feedback), do some field underwriting (ask
questions of the list), inspect the risk (hard to do with crappy pictures),
conduct an interview (ask him questions), be sure you have reinsurance in place
(insurance from ebay) in case faults in the previous tasks result in a less
than perfect transaction. Cry to the State Board (ebay) if things don't go
your way and endulge in "neighboritis" (tell us of your screg) if you are
really unhappy.
If at the end of the day, you are at wits end. Make yourself comfortable,
close your eyes, take few deep breaths, concentrate on your breathing, get
"centered" and repeat after me, OMMMMMMMMMMMMM, OMMMMMMMMMMM
This will pass. You did the best you could. A hundred years from now, there
will be no one alive who cares about anything associated with this misfortune.
None of it means anything and you can create a wonderful OM kind of day for
yourself everyday.
