It's difficult to tell by viewing on a computer monitor, but my imprssion is that it is not just simply flash underexposure. The color isn't simply "dark", but has a muddy, dirty look to it. Also, I'd think if the scene was lit mostly by flash, the background would have gone darker than it looks in the photo. My vote is that the lab did it, but one other question- did you have the film speed set correctly on the camera? George S. |
