After I got off the company plane today I shot my boss's Corvette (at his
request). Used a Zuiko 16/3.5 'cuz it was parked in a cramped area next to
another black Corvette - I call it "Double Still Life in Fiberglass." He
and the owner of the other 'Vette were discussing the relative tire life
achieved on his '98 vs. the '92. Om-4T loaded with Fuji Press 400, since
that's what the company gave me and I used it on the plane. Spot metered
off the asphalt - pretty close to Zone V. Don't know any digitals that can
mount a pro quality full-frame fisheye, at least none under ten grand.
Does that help, Tris? Let's see, I hit Corvettes, OMs, Zuikos, film, and
digital all in one post. ;-)

I guess I ought to check in and let anyone with interest know that yet
another still-only-film sort of guy reads (and attempts to follow) this
list, though I, too, find myself deleting a worryingly-high number of
posts, many more now than in years past, that's for sure.
Still, I find the chatter re digital of interest--who knows, maybe one day
I'll have a need and the resources to buy into digital myself, and wouldn't
want to see it stifled because of OT concerns.
Say, how long has it been since we did the SUV/sports car routine?
