Plaubel, Horseman and Silvestri make somewhat similar cameras.

Its basically a wide angle camera made from a sliding funnel connected
to a roll film holder. The lens(es) are mounted at the narrow end of the
funnel. The sliding action makes any lens a shift lens.
Brian posted a link to a web site earlier showing how someone had made a
similar camera. He needs to get it made and give us advice on what to do
differently.
