In Washington DC, Mars should be rising at about 9 PM and setting at 7:10
AM. At 3 AM only Saturn will be visible, far from Mars.
Here it should be setting at 8:15 AM, so no excuses apart from awful weather
and my suddenly hazy 200/4, for which I'm still waiting any hint from this
list...
(data taken from old Mac softw named MPjAstro 1.5, Voyager is a little more
difficult to learn)
