Please don't get all heated over a topic I started. Not worth the aggro.
And to correct a misconception that I should have foreseen.
The current fern database actually contains NO fern images. It is a
taxonomic database. There are a very few images on the jewelcase cover,
the banner, and in the intro page, and that's IT. OM shots except for one
shot that was given me to use by a visitor, and I don't know what he used.

The online database genus files have mostly been emptied of the valuable
detail so as to encourage people to buy the CD, but the top ?4 genera,
Lycopods, contain the full range of data so viewers can see the potential.
Doing this work took long enough as it is ;-)
Getting good images of 12,800 species would take a lifetime and I have used
up a lot of mine already.
