Always puzzled me that one. Why isn't citizenship the ONLY qualification?

Oh goodie, so now we will have a governor you can understand, even
if we can't. :-)
Fortunately, he can't follow in Ronnie's footsteps to Washington, as
only those born in the USA (like the Boss. Yes, Jersey qualifies.)
can become President.
