You should have no problem with coverage, though I'd check the longest
telephoto you'll use for vignetting. I don't know whether super-16 uses the C
mount.
The angle of view will be reduced in proportion to the difference in frame
size.
Watch for minor colour or exposure shifts between lenses. These are a pain
within a scene. That's why movie makers use T-stops and zooms.
