I've got a buddy, who shoots all Provia 100.  When he needs to speed, he 
shoots it at 400 and pushes it 2 stops.  I've seen the results, they 
look great.
But provia 400 is pretty good; a bit grainier than 100, but that's to be 
expected..
It's tighter than Superia 400, which I've printed to 8x10.  So you 
should have no problems.
