This is what the F280 manual has to say:
1 Turn power switch on
2 Check charge lamp
3 Set mode switch to normal
4 Set camera mode to Auto
5 Select aperture
6 The working distance varies with ISO speed, example for ISO100:
f/8 3.5-0.5m
f/5.6 5-0.7m
f/4 7-1m
7 Check the shutter speed (The flash fires only at speeds of 1/60 or
longer)
8 Press the shutter release
9 Check for correct exposure (flashing viewfinder indicator)
10 If OVER blinks slect a smaller aperture
11 If UNDER blinks select a larger aperture

Hi all,
can the F280 be used on an OM4 in TTL mode?
I understand the OM4 does not have the supporting circuitry to handle the
F280's 1/2000th mode so can it work on a OM4 like a T32 in 1/60th TTL only
mode?
