Hi Tim:

Yes, only the 4Ti has support for the F280 SuperFP mode which allows flash sync 
at higher than 1/60 by extending the flash duration to fill the complete 
shutter curtain movement across the film. It works in normal TTL mode like the 
Olympus T flashes with the OM4.

  can the F280 be used on an OM4 in TTL mode?

  I understand the OM4 does not have the supporting circuitry to handle the 
F280's 1/2000th mode so can it work on a OM4 like a T32 in 1/60th TTL only mode?
