Did I forget to mention the E-20's pop-up flash syncs at 1/18,000th?
I haven't tried it with an external flash.

Yes, but with all due respect, GET OVER IT! :-)
Seriously, the same can be said of a computer, yet you posted your reply on
one, when you could have used pen and ink, neither of which loses its resale
value very much... :-)
One should buy any state-of-the-art technology for what it will do for you
today, NOT for what you can sell it for tomorrow.

I think the emphasis should be on "collectors." There are many people -- many
of them on this list, in fact -- who are more into "collecting" than taking
pictures. That helps support resale prices.
I don't think the same holds true of digicams, at least yet, although I still
have an Apple QuickTake from the early 90's that I'm hoping will be worth a
mint some day... :-)
