Hey, having all the water in frozen form helps with a lot of fun -
sculptures, skiing, skating, snowshoeing. snowmobiling.
All you need is a little antifreeze and a warm fire.
Come and try some icesailing to really feel wind chill! Ottawa may be cold,
but never dreary! I think it's smart to enjoy your environment and dumb to
put it down.
PS, still biking, as are many Ottawaans.
