I must have missed that when I was shooting Tech Pan - I loaded in open in
the Utah desert with no problems.

Subject: Re: [OM] Hints for Kodan Technical Pan film?
Hi all,
I just wants to say thanks for the hints on the Tech Pan film.
Today I bought a roll of Agfa Scala. The Tech Pan roll should arrive on
tuesday. I will seriously consider developing the Tech Pan film myself.
I will most likely use "KODAK TECHNIDOL Liquid developer" if so. At least
until I see its price tag.
One additional question. Kodak says "Load and unload your camera in total
darkness"in the Tech Pan instruction. Does this hold in practice?
