At least one kind of contact lenses (called "torics," if memory serves) have
little, teeny weights on them to keep them rotated into the proper position.
I have a *very* slight astigmatism, and I tried a pair out once a while
back. They drove me nuts, as you can feel them rotate. Plus, if you tip your
head off to one side or the other, they rotate to the *wrong* position and
screw up your vision. Regular contacts serve me just fine.
