[OM] PROMASTER Filter (Some Opinion?)

Hello.

I Have one Promaster filter made in Japan and I don´t know anything
concerning this filter brand.

I can read on the filter rim:

" PROMASTER  SPECTRUM  7   1A   55mm    JAPAN ".

I guess this is a good sky filter, but I´ll thank some opinion concerning
this filter vs Oly, Hoya, B+W, etc.
