First of all, understand that the 'BP' at the end only means 'blister
pack', and has nothing ot do with the actual batteries.
Second, the only one of these 3 that will give long, reliable service is
the silver oxide.
Third, battery voltage declines over the service life of the battery.
Manufacturers may print slightly different values depending on whether
they use starting value or some kind of average or median value over
whatever useful life they calculate.Any particular battery chemistry has
a value when new that is the same, it's a part of the chemistry. So
whatever nominal value the manufacturer prints on it, silver oxide cells
are suitable for the OM-2 and up.
Fourth, I thought the exposure electronics of the OM-4 were not affected
by minor variations in battery voltage, so I don't know why you are
getting different results with different sets of silver-oxide batteries.

I went to Energizer's website to see what batteries they recommend for
cameras. First I was (pleasantly) surprised
to find that have all the OM cameras in their list! The following were
recommended for the OM4
Energizer Model Number 2L76BP
Energizer Lithium Photo Battery for Olympus OM4 Camera
Energizer Model Number A76BP
Energizer A76 Manganese Dioxide Battery for Olympus OM4 Camera
Energizer Model Number EPX76BP
Energizer Silver Oxide Photo Battery for Olympus OM4 Camera
