Seems to be a common problem with the 135s.

What is good condition ? Depends if you are buying or selling and on
many other factors. Fixing the latch should be cheap (certainly was for
my 135/3.5).
What's the bottom line, how much did you pay and how much will it cost
to fix, how much would one cost if it wasn't broken ?
