I had similar problems last year. Just out of interest, I had a look
at Billpoint and PP on *Bay's site with a view to finding out the
relative charges for different currencies. They don't seem to be
available - except to say what the cheapest charge is.
As I have said before, these people would not trade for long in the
UK (outside cyberspace).
