I won something on ebay last week. They sent it UPS.
Here is their exact message (names removed to protect
the innocent...
here is a copy of the letter my office sent you... I
cannot believe the people at UPS... they actually got
into an argument with my assistant when they stated
that the address was 1. illegible... (we had typed it)
2. they said they had tried to deliver, couldnt and
had called you, but you had refused to pick it up...
(interesting ... we never gave them your phone
number), finally, they wanted to give you directions
to go get it, thats when we reminded them that we had
paid for 2nd day air, and they needed to deliver to
you, not you go to them... I truly hope that this is
now cleared and that you will be able to take pictures
soon. We rushed it the day after payment came in to
pack it and the very next day after that it left. We
paid the 2nd day air to get it to you sooner... and
then this... whatever, please let me know of its
arrival.
Sorry for the inconvenience
..... end of quote.....
I hate UPS....
