I asked the Ebay seller, he sent me pictures, which are here

The lens is a Vivitar, or so he says, because I can't read the lens
markings on the front.
In any case, it's not to be bothered with.

Hi Mark, it is a Soligor preset with a "T" adapter, I
had one of these lenses years ago, finally got real
loose and I tossed it. The Pen T mount adapter is
worth more than the lens on it. I've got a Pen T
adapter with a missing stop screw, (the stop screw
keeps you from turning the lens the wrong way when you
mount it) you can have it for $5 plus postage, that
way you can mount any T mount lens or accessory on
your Pen f/FT/FV. John Robison
