Talking about such article, never 100% believe it. I have seen such
compare two years ago, it was the D30 (3MPixel), at that time they
already mention the D30 was better than Provia in resolution, they
tested it with a 100-400. Such digital guys either have no knowledge
in making real comparison or they intended to mislead everyone. That
is one of the reason why I was very hurry in buying a E-10 20 months
ago. I made a "real" comparison test
(http://www.accura.com.hk/digicam/E10V35.htm) and posted on
rec.photo.digital and they were all silent (a little exaggerated :-)).
Since at that time E-10 was tested to be at least no poorer than any
3MP SLR DC in resolution. Now they came back with a 11MP one and say
"Needless to say 35mm film was left in the dust." Will I believe them?
Will I buy a 1D to make my own test? Of course not!
