Ah, wise words. I have found that the XA works great for when I need
prints, and I try to keep as much slide film as I can in the OM bodies.
I recently found out that a local lab will do B+W processing and 4x6
proofs for $15. not bad, but they use TMAX instead of HC110 on my
Tri-X...
<snip>
If it wasn't for my wife wanting some prints, I'd likely keep slide film
in all my cameras all the time. And if I could find it and could afford
it, it would be Kodachrome 64. That's what discourages me from getting a
good digital camera, they don't take slides. But for my "handy
all-the-time camera", which is an Epic MJU/2.8, I keep Portra 400VC in
it all the time. Wayne
