I sent him an email asking for a inventory. We'll see what I get back.
But the amount of homework and documentation that he's failed to make
available to-date is staggeringly poor.
My guess is that he's fishing for a real buyer at whatever the "real" price
is, probably in the $1-4M range.
Geez, the Ebay fee alone on a $13M auction would be several hundred
thousand dollars!

This is completely irrational. This is something that, if real, would go
through something like Sotheby's. No 'real' seller would put a $13m auction
on ebay.
