It is a microscope version of the Pen F. Olympus made special versions of
the Pen for use on a microscope... it should have an adapter to connect to a
microscope tube. The lens mount is the same, but the focusing screen is a
clear with crosshairs, masked to be round... similar to the OM 1-12 screen
in use. There was no meter, but the body is otherwise the same as a Pen F.
Usually they are pretty clean, but I don't know about converting one to
regular use...
