I'd try the camera stores for cubed foam. Or see

But you're probably better to cut holes in slabs yourself. It's better 
if you have a layer of closed cell foam on the bottom, then the densest 
open-cell foam you can find. This makes it easier to cut out places and 
assures boundary padding. You can even have several layers of this. 
Cutting holes or slits  yourself assures a tight fit.
