Tom,
I meant in no way to be offending with "hopefully last". I did most certainly
not want to supress any discussion to the subject, I only saw this as a comment
that I hoped, I had shed as much light on it as I possibly could.
That "hopefully last" could be interpreted differently escaped my imagination.
I'm afraid, there will always be some linguistic problems for a not native
English
speaker.
I honestly wouldn't know about the formula for the ideal distance. I remember
that I once read an interesting article to the subject and that I kept it, but
after moving house several times and presently changing the one I'm
living in, it seems that my filing system is not quite up to scratch...
I'll try to find the article but don't put your money on it that I will
actually
retrieve it.
