"OL Japan" = Good
"ADAPTALL 2 for OLYMPUS OM Japan" = Bad. Fill screw hole with epoxy if you
have an OM-3 or 4. Better still, buy one of the "good" Adaptalls. They're
about $32 brand new from B&H. Cheap insurance.
