Dan -- I've seen that ad... if the lenses are in good shape, the asking
price is about what the lenses should go for. It matters a bit if there are
any 'fast' lenses in the group. I'm assuming that there is a 50/1.8, a
24/2.8, a 28/2.8 or 28/3.5, a 135/3.5, a 200/4.0, and the two zooms can only
be the 35-105/3.5-4.5 and the 75-150/4.0. If the 50 is a 1.4 its not much
difference, but if the 24 or 28 is a 2.0 lens, and/or the 135 a 2.8, then it
becomes a better deal. The lenses add up to about their 'average' prices,
but the body comes 'free' at $675. Offer $500 and see what he says... I'd at
least go look at them... if I was working. <sigh>
